Calling themselves Truthers?

We are approaching another anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attack on Americans, and the Truthers (as they are called) are still poking at everyone with their pointed heads.  Men like the author David Ray Griffin and Richard Gage giving their support for a school boys Michael Moore style documentary, filled speculations, half truths, what ifs, and imaginary eye witnesses.  (Loose Change, Second Edition, by Dylan Avery) 

It is one thing to raise questions to keep everyone honest but when your questions are answered and you refuse the answer because it does not fit your preconceived, or “desired” answer then you are falling into a pattern of self deception.  It is either that or you are a lair seeking fame, money, or both.  There is a possibility you are an individual with some agenda, like, say, you hate the government, or the president, or everyone.

Popular Mechanics produced a documentary and published an issue of their magazine dealing with this “conspiracy” theory of the “truthers” thoroughly destroying the accusations claiming the CIA not only bombed the Pentagon but used demolition to bring the World Trade center down.

David Ray Griffin goes beyond raising questions in search of truth by accusing the United States government and hundreds of insiders being responsible for the 9/11 attacks claiming it is an inside job.  He has an agenda and no answer will satisfy him.

Recently another investigation of the events and how they happened or might have happened set out to answer the questions the “truthers” are pedaling.  Most of the experiments were conducted at Energetic Materials Research Test Center, EMRTC, and in every case the accusations and suggestions of the “truthers” has been answered.  This second investigation, along side that of the Popular Mechanics science department, should but this whole thing to rest, but it does not.  These people are leading a willing flock and indirectly adding the enemy by giving them an excuse.  There are some in the Arab communities around the world believe just what these “truthers” say, that it is all a Conspiracy of the US Government to frame the Muslim people for this tragedy.  Of course those responsible, the Islamic terrorist, want to take credit, they would like the “truthers” to shut up as this makes what their brothers in terror did seem contrived.

It is interesting how titles are taken to cover evil.  The sodomites have hijacked the term “gay” while the shameful accusations of the liars of 9/11 call themselves “truthers”.  Seeing the parade of people in New York proudly wearing their black tee shirts shifting the blame of that evil day away from the Arab Islamic terrorist to that of the American people.  They are attacking our system of government, our freedom, continually, over and over again.  The are a shameful collection of black sheep following a dark leader and that leader has many lieutenants.

The film Loose Change, by Dylan Avery, is a very capable child.  This youth keeps asking but gives no provable answers himself but continues with a series of questions, unanswerable questions keep building a false theory of accusations pointing the guilty finger at the American people and this has led Avery to a second edition of his documentary.  When presented with the truth or the answer to the questions he raises it becomes obvious he has a video to sell but men such as Gates and Griffin have no excuse, they are not in search of the truth but are using Avery’s video production spring board to push their anti-American sentiments. 

Why even write about this stuff?  For me it presents how easy it is to influence a good percentage of our population to follow a “lie” or a collection of lies.  The danger is when this kind of manipulation takes hold of a significant number of people creating an environment of hate spilling over into a persecution of their own people. 

Look, I’m not saying this subject is what will cause persecution of others but it demonstrates how easily certain people can be manipulated and this demonstration, even conditioning, can lead to a future generation of people ready to believe just about anything based only on a “question” and an “assumption” – who needs truth?

My prayers go out to all those having lost someone in the 9/11 attacks and those accusing our government, and excusing the real culprits, should hang their heads in shame and apologize to furthering the grief of the victims of this evil act.
